Energy transmitter nodes are transferring energy to connected nodes. They accumulate the energy in their buffer and when a connected node's energy level drops below maximum they try to fill it from the buffer. By chaining them agents are able to deliver energy to farther nodes, tho keep in mind each transmitter node looses a fraction of the energy when transmits it. In terms of energy transmission transmitter nodes behave similar to reactors. (emergency mode and normal based mode) Member of the transmitter node family.
