MPC - Deployment procedure

Agents have to carry a foundation item to the exact place where they want to build the structure in question. First they need to clean all the plants within the desired structure's occupied area and flatten the terrain until the construction marks (yellow ones in the slope capability display) disappear. After that they can deploy foundation. If all goes well they can activate the foundation and they can start the construction phase. During this phase they have to use the construction module which is designed for this process. When the required construction level reached, the node can be connected to a network and can be turned on. Creating a structure network is greatly aided by the Network Planner.
