Light robots

Light Robots are likely the first Robot that a pilot will use after upgrading from their Arkhe, requiring Basic Robotics one, and Racial Robotics one. Mark Two Light Robots instead require Racial Robot Control 3.
Each faction also have EW light robots, which add the requirement of Spec Ops one, and three for the mark one and mark two versions respectively.
