Light Robots are the first Tier of Robots that a pilot will use after upgrading from the Arkhe. These robots require Basic Robotics one, its respective Racial Robotics extension at one, and either Combat Robot Specialist one or Electronic Warfare Specialist one in order for the pilot to operate them. The more advanced Mark2 variants boast additional enhancements over their standard counterparts and require Racial Robotics three and Hi-tech Robot Specialist one in addition in order to be operated.

Light Robots are a small class of robot carrying light armor and weaponry. What they lack for in armor in firepower they make up for in speed, motility and nimbleness and can traverse various terrain that heavier robots cannot go.

The line of Industrial Robots from Nian Industrial Trust follow there own set of extensions a pilot must learn in order to operate them that are typically separate from what is required to use robots used for combat. These robots require Basic Robotics one, Industrial Robot Control one and Industrial Robot Specialist one to be used.

All Light Robots specialized in pure combat have an additional bonus to signal detection while Light Robots specialized in electronic warfare have a bonus to signal masking. Advanced Mark2 robots boast extra leg/head slots, increased maximum targets and cargo at the expense of added mass.

Pelistal Light Robots

All Pelistal Light Robots get a bonus to accumulator recharge time.

Castel: Light Robot specialized in light missiles with an additional bonus to locking speed.
Troiar: Light Robot specialized in energy drainers and energy neutralizers with an additional bonus to missiles.

Castel Mk2: Bonus to accumulator capacity.
Troiar Mk2: Extra bonus to signal masking.

Thelodica Light Robots

All Thelodica Light Robots get bonuses to passive armor resistance.

Prometheus: Light Robot specialized in small lasers with an additional bonus to critical hit chance.
Intakt: Light Robot specialized in sensor suppressors with additional bonuses to ECM and demobilizer accumulator usage and lasers.

Prometheus Mk2: Bonus to accumulator capacity.
Intakt Mk2: Extra bonus to signal masking.

Nuimqol Light Robots

All Nuimqol Light Robots get a bonus to armor repair amount.

Yagel: Light Robot specialized in small magnetic weapons with an additional bonus to turret falloff.
Cameleon: Light Robot specialized in ECM with additional bonuses to sensor suppressor and demobilizer accumulator usage and magnetic weapons.

Yagel Mk2: Bonus to accumulator capacity.
Cameleon Mk2: Extra bonus to signal masking.

Industrial Light Robots

All Industrial Light Robots get a bonuses to mining and harvester module CPU usage.

Argano: Light Robot specialized in mining with additional bonuses to geoscanner accuracy and artifact scanning range.
Laird: Light Robot specialized in harvesting with additional bonuses to signal masking and demobilizer resistance.

Argano Mk2: Extra bonus to mined amount.
Laird Mk2: Extra bonus to harvested amount.

Syndicate Light Robots

Syndicate robots feature a line of combat and industrial bots. Syndicate robots in general feature better Signal Detection, Signal Masking, and Surface Size relative to their counterparts in each class.

Helix: Light Ewar robot specialized in general purpose EWAR with similar bonuses to mk1 Intakt and Cameleon. It does have superior base velocity and mass properties over even the mk2 Intakt and Cameleon, in addition to its natural signal masking and surface size bonus
Ikarus: Light Transport robot with cargo of 20U and high velocity makes for the fastest hauler bot, however with few fitting slots or CPU/Reactor
Vektor: Light Combat robot specialized in Firearms and higher signal detection than its counter-parts. However it is notably slower than other light combats.
