Technology levels refer to the level of the Equipment's relative performance attributes compared to those in the same family.
Some Tech-levels are only found in special places or from specific sources.
T0 and T3- are from Artifacts only!
T2+ and T4+ can only be sourced from the Syndicate Shop or from Officer Teleport Attractor Ports.
Others like the Prototype versions are produced via Prototyping.
